Solder flakes on QFP packages

I am plating process engineer. I am facing solder flakes problem on CEM machine especially for QFP packages.The solder flakes actually come from plating bath.

Is any way to filter out the sludge or solder particle in plating bath? is 5 micron filter is able to filtering it?

Is any suggestion on the bottom tank or top cell cleaning.
