Copper coating on aluminum wire

Dear Friends,
I have a wire drawing factory in Nashik India, whereby I am doing electro galvanizing & copper coating on mild steel wire. Now I looking forward to do copper coating on aluminum wire can some one guide me the process & the chemicals & technical aspects in it.

As stated many times before, this is a forum where specific troubles or issues are posted so others can give ideas for troubleshooting. What you are asking for requires a formal training in plating over aluminum, not an internet chat.

The wire you mentioned is made by aluminum wire and copper tape. The copper is welded on aluminum core wire, then draw to smaller size. Annealing is necessary for fine wire.
