McDonnell Douglas STF1004?

I have a McDonnell Douglas part that requires finish to STF1004. I know it is Anodize and prime and paint but I do not have the details and can not locate the specification.
Can anyone point me in the right direction.

All STF specifications are maintained on the Boeing database which is accessible through your Boeing buyer or, if you know someone doing business with Boeing, perhaps they can look it up for you.
