Line graining small aluminum blocks - best practices

We want to finish our machined aluminum parts with a lined grained surface that is cosmetically beautiful. These pieces are 2" x 2" x 1/4" thick. All six sides will be finished.

The grained lines should be parallel.

Our batch size is 100 pieces. Current production is one or two batches per month.

These are CNC machined aluminum parts with a some very small, but visible, cutting tool lines.

What is the most efficient method or product this finish without investing in expensive equipment. i.e. low cost hand labor is available.

The word parallel is troubling. It does not lend itself to quick production methods unless you fixture a group of parts and run them through a timesave belt sander, reorient them again, again, and again 6 times.
