Copper on aluminum

Sirs
I want to build a solar panel using copper pipe with an aluminum collector plate.
Will I have any long term problems with these two dissimilar metals being in contact with one another?

Simply don't let them touch each other and the problem disappears, Maurice. Use a short length of hose or a dielectric union between the aluminum and the copper.
