FEP teflon coating process

Q. I would like to know the following information What is the temperature to cure FEP 856 204 teflon ? what type of preparation is needed? Is there any where on the east coast that I can go for some sort of training? How can I tell if a part is coated correctly? How many coats do you need to apply ? Thank you
