Voltage/amperage relationships in plating baby shoes

Can you provide the details of the relationship between the ideal voltage and amperage required to plate baby's shoes and where and how to attach electrode connection to the shoe.

Hello Harry. You have not introduced yourself or given background info, so we're not sure if you are asking for the fine details of a process when you don't yet know it in broad brush strokes. You attach the electrode to wherever a rack rack would least concern you, but if you pick a voltage you have no control over the amperage, and vice versa. Please explain your situation, your equipment, and your experience level. Thanks.
