Coating Molybdenum foil with 0.5 micron Electroless Nickel Coating

Q. I am looking for an industrial process to coat Molybdenum foil (40 µm thickness) using Electroless Nickel coating (around 0.5 µm coating thickness).
My application is not intended to protect the Moly foil against oxidation, so the requirements are just good adhesion and repeatability of the process.
So far I am coating coupons of 130 mm by 37 mm, but in the future, I intend to coat rolls of same width (37 mm) and at least 50 meter long.
Any suggestions?

A. Haven't done this myself, but I suggest following ASTM B629-77(2003) Standard Practice for Preparation of Molybdenum and Molybdenum Alloys for Electroplating.
The electrolytic Wood's nickel strike ⇦ huh? may be able to give the required nickel film.

A. To my limited knowledge molybdenum and molybdenum-aluminum alloys are considered not electrodepositable by conventional aqueous electroplating, Mr. Tar.
