-----Plasma Teflon Coating
While coating teflon by conventional spray technique the coating thickness of 25 micron meter can be easily obtained. Where as one can achieve a maximum of about 6 to 10 micron meter thickness by the process of plasma teflon coating. Whether the coating of 6 to 10 micron meter thickness obtained through plasma coating process can be equivalent to that of 25 micron meter thickness obtained through conventional process for use as tribological joint?
