NaCl as an inhibitor of Amylase





I read all the ideas about copper sulphate [on eBay or Amazon]as an inhibitor of different enzymes and would appreciate it if someone could tell me if NaCl has a similar effect.

Actually, NaCl is an activator of amylase. It has the opposite effect.
