Clear coating required for cast aluminum decorative tableware
We produce cast aluminum decorative tableware and hand wash basins for bathrooms in Cape Town, South Africa, and are looking for a clear durable coating that protects the surface of the aluminum from water and finger marks. Can anyone offer advice please?

I would suggest a powdercoat, chrome plate, or a baked on glaze of some sort (think of a pottery glaze).
Any of these will work, but their durability is going to change depending on quality of application and brands you have available.
