-----Dacromet for drinking water applications
2005
For a new application we want to introduce the Dacromet treatment to protect a small disc in ferritic inox steel.
That part will work in drinking water.
Do anybody know if there any problems for the contact of Dacromet with drinking water?
Any certification of compatibility available?

Finally I preferred to choose a treatment Chrome free called ZINTEK.
But the question is always the same: do somebody know what happen with drinking water?

As Dacromet® and Zintek coating compositions are proprietary, contact the supplier for MSDS & other such information.
