REPLACING CYANIDE ZINC PLATING WITH NON CYANIDE

NOWADAYS POLLUTION CONTROL IS STRICT IN ALL COUNTRIES , SO I want TO KNOW IF I CHANGE MY PRESENT CYANIDE BATH TO NON CYANIDE BATH WILL IT BE STILL PROFITABLE AND IS IT MORE ECO FRIENDLY.

The Alkaline Cyanide free bath is DEFINITELY more eco friendly .
If it is run as it should with an anodic cleaning stage , a Filter and proper post treatment you will be able to save on rejects and also produce better quality work than from Cyanide zinc.

The only way of increasing profits is by improved quality. Alkaline Cyanide Free zinc bath deposits zinc more evenly than cyanide zinc over complex shapes and there is some saving on zinc anode.

Alkaline zinc runs at 3.5 volts in rack mode against 6 to 10 volts for cyanide zinc . The electricity saved is profit.

What are we waiting for Mr Nagpal ? India has some very successful Alkaline Cyanide free zinc installations in Pune. Ludhiana Chennai Mumbai, faridabad, Gurgaon, Coimbatore , Aurangabad, and Bangalore and everyone is making good money.
