CAN YOU INFORM US THE CONTENTS OF BLACK PHOSPHATE? IS THERE ANY HAZARDOUS ITEM WHICH IS AGAINST RoHS WITH ANY CONTENT OF LEAD, MERCURY, CADMIUM, HEXAVALENT CHROME. PBB, PBDE ETC.

Without knowing the particular brand of phosphate you are using it would be impossible for anyone to answer your query.
The best thing to do is to contact the manufacturers of the phosphate solution and ask them directly.
Generally, though, you would not expect to find any RoHS prohibited substances in the phosphate solution unless you were chromate treating against corrosion, in which case you will have hexavalent chromium present.
Don't take my word on this, ask your phosphate solution manufacturers.
