What chemical for jetpolishing Sn-Ag solder materials?

Dear all:
I am seeking advice what chemicals I should use to jet polishing of Sn-Ag solder materials. From most of the literature, it seems that An-Ag were almost always thinned using ion milling. We concerned that ion milling might change its microstructure. Therefore, I prefer to use jet polishing. If you have any knowledge about which chemical I should use for jetpolishing, would you please to share it with me? I appreciate your help.
