Gold plating by dipping

I need to gold plate my jewelry articles by dipping so that cost will be minimized.

how the chains are laminated after gold plated in India so that it will be lasting for handsome period.

What is Electrophoretic lacquer how it is applied and equipments required for this purpose.

Electrophoretic lacquer is used extensively for the purpose of protecting gold, silver, brass plating from tarnishing. It is also used with gold dye in the manufacture of imitation jewelry.

After cleaning the plated item, it is dipped in the electrophoretic bath and a DC current is applied. The component is made the cathode. Very uniform coating is obtained within few seconds. It is taken out washed, flash dried and then cured.

Equipment consists of mainly tanks with various chemicals or water rinses, rectifier, chiller, filters to clean all tanks, ultrafilter etc.
