How to antique mirrors?

DEAR SIR,

I WANT TO MAKE MIRRORS ANTIQUED FROM THE BACK , MIRRORS THAT LOOK OLD WITH SOME ANTIQUE STAINS , WHAT ARE THE MATERIAL OR PRODUCT USED TO DO THESE MIRRORS AND HOW TO DO THEM.

I, TOO, AM LOOKING TO ANTIQUE AN EXISTING MIRROR. IT CURRENTLY HAS A NEW MIRRORED SILVERING BACK AND WAS BEING USED ABOVE A BATHROOM VANITY. I AM LOOKING FOR A SLIGHTLY CLOUDY, SMOKY, FINISH.
