Refinishing pitted titanium golf clubs

I FIND MYSELF REFINISHING TITANIUM GOLF CLUBS THESE DAYS AND WAS WONDERING IF ANYONE HAS ANY ADVICE ON HOW TO PROPERLY PREPARE A SUBSTRATE IN WHICH TO TOP COAT. THE MAIN PROBLEM I HAVE IS WITH THE PITTING OF THE CLUBS AFTER BLASTING WITH GLASS. IS THERE A PRIMER/FILLER THAT CAN BE USED TO FILL THE HOLES? THE HOLES THEMSELVES ARE NOT VERY BIG AT ALL BUT NONE-THE-LESS,THEY ARE PROBLEMATIC. I'M NOW USING A WASH PRIMER. IT DOES NOTHING FOR PIN HOLES. ANY ADVICE WOULD BE APPRECIATED.

We can suggest the alternative way of electropolishing golf clubs in safe electrolyte. Contact us for more information. Photo of polished golf club is attached.
