If you are not worried by oxidation of the aluminium substrate, a gale is not passing through your powder shop, and it is not knocked or bumped -- my guess would be about two-three years.

Hi Ebenezer,

Terry is partly right, the powder will be attracted to the object for a considerable amount of time. However the powder on your work piece is charged and will attract foreign objects causing defects in your final film and the coating of powder on the object is very "fragile".
I would recommend that the time between the spraying and curing be kept to a minimum to reduce the reject rate.

Hope this helps,
