Will unplated area of brass connector corrode?

To all,

I have a connector which is pre-plated Tin/lead on Brass C26000 material. After a stamping process, part of the brass was exposed to air. Will I get corrosion on connector during sea shipment? Connector will stay on the boat at least 3 week during the sea shipping? Please advise!

There are always some variables that aren't covered in a relatively short question like years (packaging method and media, for example). But if your stamping process removes the plating or stretches the material such that brass is exposed, I would anticipate very quick and totally unacceptable corrosion.
