Parameters for spin coating teflon onto glass

I want to spin coat teflon on the glass for the thickness from 500nm to 1000 nm. What is the best rotary speed and the concentration of the teflon solution?

Although I've seen spin coating on some 12" diameter disks, I don't know the parameters you are seeking. But it seems that it would depend upon the diameter of the disks and the viscosity of the teflon solution. Please describe what you are up to and how much you've learned so far. Thanks.
