-----lettering applied to powder-coated aluminum
I am trying to apply permanent lettering to powder-coated aluminum panels. In the past I have used vinyl lettering but it does not hold up to wear and tear. What I would prefer is a silk screening process, the lettering is primarily .10".
Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

Virtually nothing will equal powder coat for wear resistance. Selection of a proper paint for compatibility with the powder coat and wear should beat vinyl letters by several fold.
