Dear sir
We have problem about white rust and peeling off the paint especially on the back of strip after 3-5 month after production. Would you please explain the reason of this effect. How can we solve this problem?

Well, since we have zero idea of your current process, how can we make a proper technical answer?
I would guess that you have a poor quality phosphate or you are using a inappropriate primer (or none) or are using a paint that is not compatible with the primer.
