Want to chrome metal parts on my 1977 Beetle

I am interested in chroming metal parts of a classic beetle 1977 model. Please provide me information on the chemicals to be used and how to do it. I am also interested to use this for my metal sculptures from junk metal.

Chroming is not something you can do yourself, nor is it applicable to your junk metal sculptures. Send the Beetle parts out to a plating shop for nickel-chrome plating, and use a chrome-like paint for the sculptures.
