-----Analysis for Cu+1 and Cu+2 in Alkaline copper bath
We are testing a new alkaline copper bath that uses acetates and
1-hydroxyethyldiene-1,diphosphoric acid as the copper carrier. How can I analyze for the Cu+1 and Cu+2 concentrations? It would be really nice if the method wasn't gravimetric.
thanks!
