Coatings for grinding CNC machines

We are the manufacturer of high value industrial machines and in our grinding machine we are using steel cabinet enclosure which is being painted with epoxy primer and polyurethane coatings, and our problem is that during grinding process the iron dust gets attracted to the cabinet and gets accumulated over it so we are looking for any appropriate coatings to avoid the same.

Hi Parvez,

As long as you use the cover , the ground dust will fly in . The coating cannot help .I have the following suggestions

1. The best way to avoid the accumulation is to use the good flood coolant which can wash out the dust accumulation along. Supplies like " servo" can suggest good coolant for your help

2. Ensure the sharp corners inside the m/c are made round / curved for easy coolant flow and no blockage of dusts .
