-----Thermal Deburr of ASTM 52100 material
How effective is thermal de-burring on ASTM 52100 steel. I have an application with a very small fuzzy burr in the corner of R4.5mm x .25mm deep endmilled scallop (semi circle) The corner radius is max r.25, but I am cutting well under that. this burr can only be seen under a microscope, and requires a razer knife and a steady hand to remove it. Does this problem sound like a good application. Also, how is the residue removed after the de-buring process.
