Zamak polishing compound for vibratory finishing

I'm polishing zamak material with porcelain pins in circular vibrator. Could anyone help me? How can I prepare polishing compound myself? Thanks

I'm sure it is quite possible to formulate your own polishing compound but the real question is why would you want to? The compounds are relatively inexpensive to buy and come with all the technical support necessary when purchased from the right vendor.
