Moly etching but not copper

We are using moly and copper for TWT applications. We want to etch out moly completely but not copper for maintaining the pitch. please suggest.

Thank you for answering my question. TWT - Travelling wave tube. In that we are doing helix solw wave structure. We want to etch moly without etching copper.
