"Parts are peeler after E-coat"

What causes the parts are peeler after E-coat. After the alkaline zinc plate then transfer the parts to other location for E-coat process.

Dear Mr Popat Patel;

Triavalent Passivated parts will present no problem, or you might have to phosphate over the zinc plated parts to avoid peeling.
