Orange peel problem
Sir I am working for a cycle manufacturing industry.
Very often we face Orange peel problem in our painted components.
We tried our best to overcome this but unable to find a solution.
Please suggest a possible means to overcome this problem keeping out product

There is enormous difficulty in diagnosing a problem like this from a distance, but nobody probably knows the product that you are using better than your suppliers. Give your sales rep a call and have him put you in touch with a tech person. The problem could be anything from coating thickness, to curing process, to paint/primer formulation, to application technique, to whether or not it's actually orange peel, etc, etc....
