Our part: 1" round bar X 6.5" long with a blind hole (1/2-13) By
1.25 deep on one end.
I need this galvanized for corrosion purposes... How can we do this with out venting or drilling a hole through the complete part?

The type of product you are galvanizing has a couple of options, depending on the quantities you have. If there are not too many pieces involved, and the holes are already drilled & tapped, you can insert a bolt with high temp. anti-cease. Make sure the bolt is snug but not extremely tight. After dipping, the bolt can be simply removed. If you are manufacturing these parts regularly, I would look at drilling & tapping post galv.. The threads will normally not be galvanized on the i.d. anyway. The part is small enough to handle either way.
