Chromic acid bad color

I have a lot of troubles to get a good yellow finish. I am using a Chromic acid to get this, in a barrel process. can you help me?

Hello Roberto. There is more to chromate conversion coating than simply diluted chromic acid. There are various accelerators, stabilizers, etc., but I would not know exactly what they are. Please give strong consideration to buying a proprietary chromate conversion coating process from the established plating process suppliers, who have spent about 5 decades developing proper formulations.
