Using Alsa's chrome fx paint without the chrome fx machine?

I am inquiring if anybody knows that if the Alsa chrome fx paint can be used and sprayed by a normal body shop without the use of the chromefx machine.

Alsa Chrome FX and Gold Touch [a finishing.com supporting advertiser] Cosmic Chrome can NOT be used without the machines as they require special conditions of pressure and mixing; it's a 3 stage process, a base coat , normal gun , middle or intermediate coat (chemical process deposits silver coating then top coat of clear) this requires special mixing in the gun!
also the temp and humidity of the spray shop needs to be carefully regulated! But mirror chrome gives 90% reflective with practice and is from alsa paints or in the UK from Chromapart ltd.
