How to set up Vinyl or Plastisol dip

Our Company produces a Hand powered metal Bender. We would like to dip the end of the spokes on the Hand wheel, We were wondering if a vinyl dip or Plastisol would be an application we could set up to do ourselves. Any help would be appreciated.

Another tack ... get a piece of PVC pipe that has a SMALLER I.D. than the spokes O.D.... drop it onto a perforated tray under which is some pure PVC solvent, ie. tetrahydrofurane... close the top (to prevent evaporation).

What will happen is that this will swell up ... and when it is, then slip it over the spoke AND LET IT DRY ... it will shrink and thereafter you should not be able to remove it at all !
