Need bright finishing of billet aluminum

I need a billet aluminum part polished to a mirror finish and protected. The part will be subjected to the environment as a garaged car would be. The part will have a cover plate that will slide across it. I am concerned that the chrome will flake off of the aluminum over time. I want to maintain the bright finish indefinitely. I am looking at approximately 5000 parts a year and finishing in lots of 200 pieces per batch. The installed location of the part make it impossible to maintain after installation. I would like to deal with someone locally.
