Need metal coating on plastic

We are looking for solution for coating plastic with metal, preferably aluminium, to replace metal products. we need the coating as we perforate with laser, so surface should be metal.

The only way to coat plastic with aluminium is by vacuum deposition. However, other metals can be plated onto some types of plastic. You have not given nearly enough detail for any meaningful answer, except to say your initial problem is very complex to solve. You must give more details of what you are using and what your operating parameters are.

It is possible to metal spray or metallize this plastic pipe. depending on the type of plastic you may be able to spray aluminum directly to the plastic, or you may put a coat of zinc which goes on much cooler.
