Hello Narashimun. Your questions are a bit vague because removal of soils always depends on what the soils are as well as what the substrate is, and whether you can apply any sort of mechanical cleaning action. But, hopefully, a reader will offer a general class of chemicals. How about cleaning them with sulfuric-phosphoric acid? Good luck.
