Pickling Rinse Estimation

I am going to pickle SUS304 by batch dipping of pipes (20' length) into acid tank and rinsing tanks. In order to size the waste treatment plant, I have to know the rinse water going to the treatment plant. How to estimate this quantity? Is the overflow due to the rise in level during the submersion of pipes sufficient ?
