How to form -3 mesh red copper powder

2004

Dear sir,

We recently made a sample of copper powder with electrolysis method but we found its colour was very dark brown or blackish in nature rather than to be reddish. Will you please suggest me, how it can become reddish and soft to reduce its size to -3 mesh.

Thanks,

Please describe the operating conditions you used, Javed, and then hopefully someone can suggest what to adjust. There is no point in someone suggesting you use a higher or lower temperature or higher or lower concentration, etc., until you say what you used. Thanks.
