Restoring painted stove top to original finish

My stove top was bronze in color and was painted white several years ago. It is showing discoration similar to lighly burnt (brownish). I want to return it to its original finnish. It was electrocoated or something. 1. Is it possible? What do I use and how?

I just want to know if there is a way to remove the before mentioned paint from the stove top and return it to its original finish.

Thanks
