Seeking non-filled x section materials

My Question is I am looking for a cross section material that will not pull away form my thin film oled, so I can get a good look at my interface along say bond pad. I tried a couple of different aveunes already. Anthing with a filler is a killer for me. I tried a thermal epoxy; it worked pretty well when sectioning. This only comes in qtys that are much larger than I need. and it is a waste to have tube around just to throw away.

Any ideas ?

Thanks

I used to tightly cap and refreeze single component epoxies for an average of 6 times before it was used up. Only threw away one tube and I had left it out too long before returning it to the freezer.

Sorry! Finishing.com is temporarily Read-Only.
Ted Mooney is retiring but I have several offers to take it over.
We're working hard to make sure we find it the best new home.
