How hard do they make in a clear powder?

We are currently using a 4H Epoxy clear coat for our products. Does anyone manufacture a 7H or 8H.

What did your supplier say when you asked him? Your powder sales rep is probably the best(fastest)way to get an answer. If you are using any kind of high volume product, they will reformulate to your spec's.
