Conditions for proper drying of enamel paint

I need to know at what temperature do I need to dry enamel onto brass plaques? And also how long do they need to be at this temperature? Also after sanding the letters, a clear coat of a two-part hardened acrylic polyurethane is sprayed on and then oven baked. What temperature does this have to be and how long?

Ballpark figure would be 20 to 30 minutes at 350 °F.
