Autophoretic topcoats research

2004

Dear Sir:-

I need to evaluate my ACC866 research on the autophoretic coating system.

it's common that acc866 only deep blue or black colour and the only top coat approved is the polyurethane.

1- I have got inorganic water base material which is sensitive to ACC866 surface and give golden metallic colour when applied on the hot ACC surface the problem of this material that it is not stable and need to be fixed on the surface, it's improve some properties of the coated surface .

2- the real problem I have solved in my line is when I got a non homogeneous colour on the surface I add new rinse bath with some material which give the final product a homogeneous surface and very good performance . In fact I did not check up the salt spray test after my addition .

Now I need to evaluate of my research and the disadvantages. Thank you for help
