CNC wire bending, plastisol?

Hi , I am puzzled about CNC wire bending for jigs. My current parts need jigs and I am trying to make a jig sample for testing. I need alot of identical wires hook. any ideas? Secondly, my plastisol got plated... I am not sure what to use for plastisol too. I am trying to plate plastic models when this happened.
