Process flow for electroless nickel

Dear Sir,

We are Planning to start the Electroless nickel plating in our organization and we kindly request you to guide us regarding the process, since we are in first phase of the process. We usually do the plating with aluminum base. And also guide us how can we get the technical aspects.
