Effective Tumbling Media For Brass Fittings

We are looking for an effecting Tumbling Media (or other Process) to remove "Tool Marks" (i.e. Finish Exceeding The Required Microfinish) from the I.D. of a 360 Brass Fitting.

I'd appreciate any feedback. Thank You.

I didn't see a decimal point, but I assume that is .36. If it is, that's small. That means you don't have too many options. What options you do have depends on the length of the part and how many. Basically, you best media shape is a cylinder shape about 3/4 your ID; however, if the part is long, this is not suggested. Next option is dry organic material; however, this might jam up if too moist or part too long. Best method and most expensive is an extrude hone system.
