Help fix undersize O.D. on CDA958

I have some NiAlbronze castings CDA958 that have extensive machining completed. Unfortunately one of the diameters was turned undersize by .004 ULL. The Diameter is a 4.057 pilot that is .5 long. With all the expense that has gone into these parts is there a plating solution I might be able to provide? The parts will be used in the marine industry so the "fix" must be able to withstand saltwater conditions. Please help provide some ideas to salvage these beautifull, yet dimensionally challenged castings.

Thank you,

First of two simultaneous responses --

Brush plating can do the job. Copper, nickel or a combination of succesive layers of both can be precisely applied to the interior diameter almost to size with very little, if any, post-finishing needed. This process uses portable equipment so a team can go to the parts and repair them on site. Limitants would be free access of hand held or semi-automatic applicator, extremely tight tolerance (less than 0.001") which cannot be assured unless ground, added dimensional errors such as out of roundnes or alignment and prohibition to use chemicals on site.

Second of two simultaneous responses --

It should be possible to salvage these with hard chrome plating.
