Scratches On Nickel-Silver Sheet--grade C752

Dear Sirs,

We the manufacturers of crystal oscillators,we are having an in house facility for deep drawn covers and bases which are of Nickel-Silver Sheet(grade C752).We are facing problem with covers &bases in the form scratches after buffing. Because of the high reflectivity of the Nickel Silver Material the appearance of Covers is Very Bad. Get me a Solution for this Problem Which is Feasible In Action.

If scratches are occurring after buffing, then you have a material handling problem. Suggest you implement a training program that may need the use of gloves and/or layering of work pieces. Lastly, you might want to consider some kind of sticky contact paper to protect part surfaces.
